About the Class
Due to popular demand, we have added NEW dates in September and October!
We could all use a little self care this summer- Start your weekend with an all levels yoga practice. Beginner friendly, modifications given. Beautiful, peaceful setting along the river. All you need is a towel or blanket and if you have yoga props bring them along too.
Arrive ten minutes earlier to give yourself time to fill out any necessary paperwork and set up your space.
IMPORTANT: The first class you take for the season, you MUST fill out the Waiver and Release Form. To make it easier and so you don't have to waste time filling it out when you arrive, you can fill it out prior to your arrival. You simply download it, print it, and bring it.

About Linda
Classes will be taught by Linda- RYT 200, 500 hour master level yoga training. Practitioner of Yoga for many years, teaching since 2016. Enjoys teaching Hatha based and Hot yoga classes. Appreciates the science and philosophy that yoga shares. It is not just about the poses- it is about the connection to the self.
